I'm a licensed New Hampshire REALTOR® with Realty ONE Group Next Level and the founder of Task Force Property Group. Based in Jaffrey, I represent buyers and sellers throughout New Hampshire.
I served 14 years in the U.S. Navy as a Seabee with the Naval Construction Force. After my service, I worked with veterans transitioning to civilian careers, including as Northeast Regional Manager for Helmets to Hardhats.
For buyers, I help define your goals and budget, search for properties that fit, coordinate showings, and negotiate offers on your behalf. I'm familiar with the VA home loan process and work with veterans, military families, and first responders, as well as all New Hampshire home buyers.
For sellers, I prepare a comparative market analysis to support your pricing, market your property, and represent you through offers, negotiation, inspections, and closing.
