My name is Eileen, and I am a member of Exclusive Homes Co., brokered by Realty ONE Group Next Level where I hold my NH Real Estate license.
I work with buyers and sellers of residential properties in South Central New Hampshire.
I have lived in Alaska and Florida and a few places in between, but New Hampshire has always been my home. Living in other areas of the country has given me a lot of life experiences, meeting and being able to relate to people from all walks of life. For the past 30 years, I have worked in the medical field which has afforded me the tools to be a caring, detail-oriented, and confident professional under pressure.
In February of 2021, I became a licensed Realtor and I have been enjoying every minute of it! What I thought would be just a part-time gig has fueled my fire and I am now working full-time in real estate and have already helped many clients with their real estate goals.
I feel that my specialty has been helping first-time home buyers navigate the buying process and find their first home, but I also enjoy working on the other end of a transaction for the sellers.
