C.J Cronin is a licensed broker at Next Level Realty, a successful and established agency in Southern New Hampshire, and a franchisee of Realty One Group. He is the managing broker for the Concord office, serving the state's capital city as well as central New Hampshire and the lakes region.
C.J. has spent the last three years as a full-time real estate agent, closing over 75 deals in his short tenure and solidifying his reputation as a five-star agent on such reputable consumer sites as Zillow and Realtor.com. He has a strong understanding of the Concord area and central New Hampshire, having lived and worked in the area for more than seven years. Prior to stepping onto the real estate scene, Cronin had a formidable leadership background, managing a successful sales office for several years as well as working on the organizing committee for the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games. As an agent, he has specialized in everything from first time homebuyers to 5 plus multi-unit commercial residential properties.
In 2020, the established Bedford-based real estate firm Beauchemin & Associates extended C.J. the opportunity to take a leadership role in their newly rebranded firm, Next Level Realty. Cronin jumped at the opportunity, particularly because of Next Level Realty's new partnership with Realty One Group-America's fastest growing real estate franchise brand.
